Product Manager - billing and payments (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Anchorage with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
