Product Manager - billing and payments (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Anchorage. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
