Product Manager - billing and payments (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vista Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
