Product Manager - billing and payments (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath River Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting.
