Product Manager - billing and payments (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Ember Markets is a Anchorage retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
