Product Manager - billing and payments (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
