Product Manager - billing and payments (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Lantern Markets serves neighbourhoods around Albuquerque with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
