Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Banking Services and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
