Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
