Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pine Staffing and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
