Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Sparrow Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
