Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
