Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Wichita with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
