Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Rivermark Ember Financial is a financial-services company in Miami. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
