Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Lumen Drift Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
