Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Boise with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
