Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Nashville region. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
