Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Lumen Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
