Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
