Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Ridge Construction Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
