Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Minneapolis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of about 805 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
