Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Bright Financial Group is a financial-services company in Minneapolis, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
