Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Field Construction is a Milwaukee contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
