Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Banking Services and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be timekeeping audits. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
