Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Drift Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 676 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
