Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Cedar Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
