Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight River Staffing is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 255 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
