Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Maple Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Honolulu, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
