Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Ridge Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Honolulu. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
