Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Corner Construction is a Denver contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
