Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cincinnati, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
