Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Banking Services is a regional lender in Buffalo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification.
