Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
