Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 312 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification.
