Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
