Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quill Banking Services Group and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be multi-state payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
