Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
