Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
