Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Amberfield Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Honolulu, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
