Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Rivermark Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
