Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Staffing and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be multi-state payroll. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
