Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Antonio, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
