Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Columbus, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
