Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Westbrook Summit Construction Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 960 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
