Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Maple Staffing is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system.
