Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Sable Financial is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
