Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Orchard Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
