Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Banking Services and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be multi-state payroll. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
