Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Field Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Little Rock. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
