Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
